For those of you that don’t already know me, my name is Robyn and I am reaching out to you on behalf of the Maurice Lucas Foundation’s 7th Annual Celebration Dinner and Benefit Auction. Either myself or somebody on our wonderful staff has recognized you as a potential volunteer for our event, or somebody who can forward this to individuals who may be interested in getting involved!
This year, our event will be held September 22nd at the Hilton Portland Executive Tower. We are expecting another sold out event with 550 guests and need all hands on deck for the evening’s festivities!
There are various levels of tasks and opportunities to be involved before, during, and after the event. Below is a link to our online sign-up portal that has a full breakdown of where and when we will need volunteers throughout the event weekend. As always full meals, snacks, and beverages will be provided!

I do recommend signing up as soon as possible if you have a preference of what job you’ll be stationed at.
