Jalen Lostheart Awarded Class of 2027 Jordan Brand Wings Scholarship
Congratulations to Jalen Lostheart, a Maurice Lucas Foundation student, who has been selected to receive the Jordan Wings Scholarship! Jalen will be joining the Jordan Brand Wings Scholars Class of 2027, and will be attending the University of Oregon this fall as an architect major. Jalen has been with the foundation for seven years, and we are so proud and excited to see where the future takes him. Congratulations, Jalen!
About the Maurice Lucas Foundation
The Foundation is named in honor of the late Maurice Lucas (1952-2010), the leading scorer on the 1977 NBA champion Trail Blazers team. Besides his outstanding achievements on the court, Lucas also selflessly gave his time and energy to Portland youth. Since its formation in 2010, the Maurice Lucas Foundation has served thousands of students and families through its Academy program, basketball camps and teams.
