Thank you for making the 13th Annual Maurice Lucas Foundation Gala our biggest event yet!

Thank you to everyone for helping to make our 13th Annual Maurice Lucas Foundation Celebration Dinner, Auction & After Party a success! This was our biggest event yet, raising nearly $1,200,000! We appreciate everyone who attended, donated, sponsored, and volunteered.

Many students were able to join us throughout the night and shared our seven pillars with our guests. We highlighted two of our students, Jada and Halie, who had been with us since middle school and recently graduated from college. It was an honor to have them join us.

We also had many current and past NBA players and local celebrities attend the event, including Damian Lillard, Anfernee Simons, Jabari Walker, Joe Cronin, Andre Patterson, Bill Walton, Lionel Hollins, Bobby Gross, Johnny Davis, Lloyd Neal, Martell Webster, Terry Porter and Brian Grant.

The Enforcer Award was presented to Terry Porter. Terry sits on the board of Ambassadors for the Maurice Lucas Foundation and has supported our foundation through participating in our events. Thank you, Terry, for your continued dedication and support.

The Legacy Award was presented to Jeff Heatherington. Through the Heatherington Foundation, Jeff underwrote the Maurice Lucas Foundation Parkrose Middle School Academy for the past four years. Thank you, Jeff, for your continued support. We appreciate you.

We sincerely appreciate your support. Through your participation, you will help empower Portland's youth with opportunities for developmental growth and celebrate the inspiring legacy of Maurice Lucas. You can trust your investment will have an indelible impact on a student now and in their future.

This year is a year of refining our program and preparing for growth with the goal of increasing the number of youth we can bring into the program over the next few years. You have invested in us and we will keep you posted on our efforts.
